Trying to get back on track....
Hello All,
I have gone from 297 to 125 and then back up to 210. I want to seriously get back on track and feel I know what to do.....I just need the connection....maybe even 4-5 times a day to start..in order to break the bad habits. I will take all advice. I know how I regained the weight. It wasn't like I didn't choose bad foods, skip exercise, and slack on water and vitamins......so today starts anew!
Consider joining us on the daily menu posts. It gives you connection and accountability. For me, I know I would be a mess without it. The "Friday Photos" give me a sense that if I am trying to bluff everyone will be able to see pretty quickly. I respond well to that sort of group accountability and it sounds like it might work for you too.
Hope things get better!

Then we start over together, I've gone from 251 lbs to 121 lbs and I'm now at 180 lbs. My problem is the alcohol, I'm an addict. Thursday will mark 1 week since I've reached out for help and I've gotten so much advice and friendly support. This is a great place to help but also hold us accountable.
